StratoRPAS GmbH attaches great importance to the protection of your data and compliance with the relevant legal regulations. In the following, we provide you with information on the extent to which we collect or use data when you visit our Internet pages.
When visiting our pages, user data may be logged and evaluated for statistical purposes and for error analysis. This data is not stored with other personal data and it is not passed on to third parties.

Our cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them. Cookies are small text files and they are stored on your terminal device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your visit.
Other personal data, i.e. information by which a person can be directly identified or which enables their identification, is not collected.
Our Internet presentation contains links to other Internet sites. These links have been thoroughly checked by us. However, we have no influence on the design and data use of the linked sites, and it cannot be ruled out that the operators have made or will make changes that violate applicable law. We distance ourselves from such content.
If you contact us by e-mail, we reserve the right to store your request with your e-mail address. A transfer of the e-mail address or other data to third parties will not take place without your express consent.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.
You have the right to request without undue delay the rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of any incomplete personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO).
You have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted without undue delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued and the statutory retention and archiving provisions do not prevent deletion.
You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO is met, e.g. if you have objected to the processing, for the duration of the examination and whether the objection can be granted.
In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the data that you have voluntarily provided to us on the basis of your consent and processed electronically in a structured, common and machine-readable format, so that you can make this data available to another controller.
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to you at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation within the framework of the requirements of Article 21 DSGVO.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
